This one bedroom/one bath 'guest house' is part of a duplex. The cottage was off of the VRBO market for a while after Hurricane Michael because locals were staying in it because their homes were damaged in the storm. The only damage that the cottage had from the storm were two broken windows. Although the house was once a country store, it has been completely remodeled, including new plumbing and electrical wiring. Cottage has heart pine floors and 12 foot ceilings. The queen iron bed has a memory foam mattress and the efficiency kitchen has granite countertops. This unit is perfect for people seeking a quiet retreat away from the busyness of the beach. It is a wonderful alternative for business people looking for a more relaxing option than a hotel. It is close to downtown and Bay Medical Center.

Summary: This house was perfect. Extremely quiet neighborhood. It truely was everything that I needed. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely return when I’m in the area again.

Summary: This place is a little gem, the sunsets so beautiful, we would definitely return again and again, the only problem we had was the stove it might need to be replaced the door does not seal proper, but all in all five stars.

Summary: We had a perfect stay in this adorable cottage in the Cove neighborhood in Panama City. We loved the neighborhood, conveniently located and full of Old Florida charm! The house was a block off the bay, and it makes for a pleasant stroll down to the waterfront promenade, with benches to sit and watch the water and fantastic sunsets. We were here to visit family in Lynnhaven, and found this location centrally located making it easy to get to downtown PC, Lynnhaven, and a short ride out to the beach. The cottage was immaculate, and very comfortably furnished. The living room had a very comfortable couch and a comfy recliner and flat screen TV with cable. The kitchen was just perfect for our stay. It was well-equipped, and we appreciated the nice touches Elyse added, like plenty of good coffee, water, yogurt, and blueberries, plus her signature homemade granola! The bedroom was lovely, tastefully decorated, and the queen-size memory foam mattress was divine! Definitely the most comfortable bed we’ve had in any VRBO. The bathroom featured a glass and tile walk-in shower with awesome water pressure.We were very happy with our stay here, and definitely plan to stay here again on future trips to Panama City.

Summary: This was the perfect spot for two. We stayed two weeks and had the most relaxing time. The cottage is decorated so nicely, well equipped, and full of natural light. Elyse was wonderful about answering questions for us. Looking forward to another stay!
